4. Prohibited Activities

Spam, phishing, illegal content distribution, abuse of APIs, or any activity violating applicable laws is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through our secure wallet system. Credits once added are non-transferable to external accounts except as per our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

KimiAxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

1. Wallet Credits

Unused wallet credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no services have been consumed. Used credits are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not been used. After 24 hours, no refunds on subscriptions.

3. eSIM

eSIM plans are non-refundable once activated. If activation fails due to our error, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

4. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are non-refundable as per ICANN policy once processed.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact support@kimiaxe.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
